2.Tell us how you want to ship & save when the parcels arrive at Fycargo,
Choose from a variety of shipping methods and save ,Simply submit a ship request through our online account system when your purchases arrive at Fycargo You will be notified via email as soon as your order is received at our China facility.
View [Need Action] and manage all your packages from your Fycargo online account, 24/7. Our experts will record product details for you for export documents, and will inspect every package to ensure no items are damaged. Your purchases are securely stored in our warehouse or shiped.
Tips:
Please make sure your user ID clearly on the package when the parcels arrive at Fycargo.Otherwise, the package will stay in the warehouse for a long time, resulting in any problems such as time delay, fycargo will not bear any responsibility.
Fycargo Warehouse in China is free within 21 days, and storage fee is charged at 0.2 $/ 1kg / day from the 22nd day; If no feedback or order processing is made for more than 60 days, it shall be deemed as abandoning the package, and all processing rights of the parcels shall be owned by fycargo platform
