Transshipment Agreement and Insurance and Claims Rules
Claim details: Fycargo provides insurance and reinforcement service. The principle of insured value, insurance and reinforcement service is voluntary. You only need to select the insured price, insurance and reinforcement in the delivery link to use the service provided by Fycargo;
When the goods are inevitably lost or damaged, please make a claim according to the following clauses. If the goods are of high value, you are advised to choose insurance service.
(Compensation shall be made according to the following claim standard of Fycargo once the package is in our possession. undeclared goods, contraband goods, falsely declared goods and concealed goods are not included in the scope of claims.)
1、 Claim standard:
1. No insurance
As for uninsured packages, our company does not have the ability to calculate the actual value of the goods and the commercial extended value. The standard compensation for uninsured goods is based on the freight, and the maximum compensation 2 times the freight charge;
When the actual value of goods is less than 2 times of freight charge, the following situations occur:
LOST ITEMS
Compensation amount = declared value (if the actual value is lower than the declared value, the compensation shall be made according to the actual value)
The maximum compensation shall not exceed 100 dollar and the freight shall be refunded;
Part of the goods were lost
Compensation amount = declared value (compensation shall be made according to the loss of some goods; if the actual value is lower than the declared value, compensation shall be made according to the actual value)
The maximum compensation shall not exceed 100 dollar, and the freight of the lost goods shall be returned; if the goods are packed in good condition without any signs of damage or theft, the goods shall be deemed to be in good condition and shall not participate in the compensation;
When everything in the package is damaged
Compensation amount = value (the lower value of declaration value and order value) + refund of damaged goods freight
The maximum compensation value is 30%, and the maximum compensation value is not more than 100 dollar
Partial damage
Partial damage = damage ratio × value (the lower value of declaration value and order value)
The maximum compensation value is 30% and no more than 100 dollar, and the freight is not refunded
Fragile products and liquids without reinforced packaging
Are not included in compensation policy, such as glass products, ceramic products, please pack carefully with foil reinforcing plastic or a wooden casing; we will refund the freight (according to the damaged weight, volume)
2. Insured price ($0.8 / order)

The maximum compensation shall not exceed 100 dollar, and the freight shall be refunded
Part of the goods are lost
Compensation amount = declared value (compensation shall be made according to the loss of some goods; if the actual value is lower than the declared value, compensation shall be made according to the actual value)
The maximum compensation shall not exceed 80 dollar, and the freight of the lost goods shall be returned; if the goods are packed in good condition without any signs of damage or theft, the goods shall be deemed to be in good condition and we shall not compensate;
All damaged
Compensation amount = value (the lower value of declaration value and order value) + refund of damaged goods freight
The maximum compensation shall not exceed 80 dollar
Partial damage
Partial damage = damage ratio × value (the lower value of declaration value and order value)
The maximum compensation is not more than 80 dollar and the freight is not refunded
Fragile products and liquids (lost without damage)
Do not participate in the compensation, such as glass products, ceramic products, please transport carefully; refund the freight (according to the damaged weight, volume)
3. With insurance (premium = declared price * 1.5%, starting at 3 dollar )

Part of the goods were lost

The maximum compensation shall not exceed 500 dollar, and the freight of the lost goods shall be returned; if the goods are packed in good condition without any signs of damage or theft, the goods shall be deemed to be in good condition and shall not participate in the compensation;
All damaged (completely out of service)
Compensation amount = value (the lower value of declaration value and order value) + refund of damaged goods freight
The maximum compensation shall not exceed 800 dollar
Partial damage
Partial damage = damage ratio × quotation value (the lower value of declaration value and order value)
No more than 800 dollar, no refund of freight
Fragile products and liquids (loss without damage)
Do not participate in the compensation, such as glass products, ceramic products, please transport carefully; refund the freight (according to the damaged weight, volume)
4. Reinforcement (20 dollar / order)

The maximum compensation shall not exceed 150 dollar, and the freight shall be refunded
All damaged
Compensation amount = value (the lower value of declaration value and order value) + freight return of damaged goods;
The maximum compensation shall not exceed 150 dollar
Partial damage
Partial damage = damage ratio × value (the lower value of declaration value and order value)
The maximum compensation is no more than 100 dollar and the freight is not refunded
Fragile products and liquids (loss without damage)
Do not participate in the compensation, such as glass products, ceramic products, please transport carefully; refund the freight (according to the damaged weight, volume)
2、 Precautions:
1. The value referred to in the claim clause refers to the value of the article itself, excluding the benefits, profits, practical use, or any other or indirect value in the market, or special commercial value;
2. Acceptance scope of Fycargo claims: from "arriving at overseas warehouse" to "package signing" according to official website track;
3. Limitation of claim application: the package with sign in track shall submit the application within 10 natural days after signing, and the package without sign in track shall submit the application within 90 natural days. If the application is overdue, it shall be deemed as abandonment of the application;
4. This Agreement shall take effect from the delivery of the customer's package to the warehouse, and Fycargo has the right of final interpretation.
3、 Receiving reminder:
1. Before signing in, check whether the outer package is in good condition and whether there is obvious difference in weight. If in doubt, please do not open the box and take photos to weigh and keep it;
2. No matter whether the outer package is found to be obviously damaged or torn, the goods should be inspected in front of the courier before signing in, and then sign for receipt;
3. Sign the goods in person with the courier. In case of shortage, photos should be taken and the courier's signature should be provided to prove the shortage. If there is no courier's signature certificate, the shortage will not be involved in the claim;
4. If the goods are damaged or lost, please prepare the invoice and photos of the goods.
4、 Claim materials:
1. Shopping voucher (including: logistics order number, commodity unit price and total price, commodity quantity, actual picture and invoice of commodity);
2. Detailed photos: the detailed photos of the package must be clear and recognizable, and the outer box and inner parts (including UPC code) should be clear and distinguishable. For the information of the damaged parts of the goods, it is suggested to take photos in the bright places for the convenience of damage assessment. The specific photos are unlimited;
3. Proof of damaged or missing goods provided by the delivery company (if there is no relevant certificate, Fycargo has the right to refuse to settle the claim);
4. Maintenance report: if the items to be claimed by the recipient are large items, such as "computer, projector, speaker, printer, water dispenser, air purifier, stroller, watch, sweeper", etc., the recipient shall issue a repair report to the local maintenance department to determine the damage. In addition to providing the repair report, if there is a replacement part, it is also necessary to provide the regular invoice of the parts The official seal and financial seal of the maintenance department shall be stamped on the notice and invoice;
5. The official website of express shows delivery, but our company has not received the package. The express company needs to issue "delivery investigation Certificate (seal)" before participating in claim settlement.
5、 Application process:
1. Please go to the customer service center or customer service email within the effective claim time service@fycargo.com "Submit an application for compensation;
2. Provide relevant information and wait for the claim officer to make assessment, which is expected to take 2-3 working days;
3. The Claims Officer will issue a claim settlement plan after accepting and verifying the application to the company;
4. Arrange the payment after the customer agrees.

6、 Exemption clause:
1. Fragile and vulnerable articles (e.g. ceramic glass, LCD screen, etc.): without reinforcement service, only participate in loss claim, not damage claim; choose reinforcement service to refund freight according to the proportion of damaged weight (fragile and vulnerable goods list > >);

1. We will not accept claims for contraband goods (e.g. compressed gas, liquefied gas, flammable liquid, acid-base corrosive products and other national prohibited articles);
2. Any loss of weapons and ammunition, cash, cheques, bills, documents, negotiable securities, letters of credit, passports, satellites, works of art, gold and silver, jewelry, jewelry, diamonds, jade, marble, cultural relics and antiques, etc., shall not be involved in the claim;
3. Any loss of animals and plants, marine products, fresh and live goods, blood products, perishable articles and goods requiring refrigerated transportation shall not be involved in the claim;
4. Any loss of goods repaired, returned to the factory or in use, as well as old articles and equipment;
5. Any loss caused by the natural nature of the goods;
7. Irresistible factors such as expiration of warranty period and warranty period caused by the time limit of customs clearance;
8. If the quality of goods changes due to the time limit of customs clearance, flight delay, customer delay in payment, express delivery delay, recipient information error, etc., the claim will not be involved when the warranty period or warranty period is over;
9. Poor quality or short quantity of goods before delivery to our company;
10. Products without forecast or products without forecast but not stored in Fycargo overseas warehouse shall not participate in claim;
11. Damage or loss of the deposit due to the fault of the sender or the addressee;
12. In the case of deformation, damage and crack of commodity packaging box, but the internal products are not affected, no matter whether reinforcement is selected or not, no claim for damage (such as shoe box, Lego toy box, etc.) will not be involved;
13. If the package is beyond the storage period, it will be handled according to the customer's voluntary discarding, and the Fycargo company has the right to handle your package in any way;

1. Under the condition that the outer packing is in good condition, Fycargo will not accept any claim for total loss or partial damage in any form;
2. The claim application without claim attachment materials or incomplete claim materials will be returned;
3. Fycargo shall not be responsible for the loss and damage of the package during the return process due to the customer or customs reasons.4. Sensitive goods. The owner of the goods shall confirm with the receiving person of our company before sending the goods, otherwise, the company will treat the goods as ordinary goods; if the goods are found to be infringing/counterfeit, prohibited by the state or restricted by the state, the loss of goods through seizure, forfeiture or confiscation caused by the customs inspection shall be borne by the customers themselves; In case of bulk cargo, the owner shall bear the loss caused by the goods infringement of some customers, the goods prohibited or restricted by the state. For other affected customers, the company will give relevant delay compensation according to the degree of damage.
