2. How to submit the combine box?

A: after the merchant delivers the goods, please use the logistic number of the merchant to make a new order information on our official website or wechat app  (that is, click "my order" - > "my package" - > "Ship Now" to fill in the relevant information, and select the mode of transshipment). After all the packages that need to be combine are put into the warehouse, click "my order" - > "my package" - > "to be combine", you can You can check the parcels to be combine according to your personal needs, and then click combine to complete the international logistics information.

Tip: combine service should meet the conditions of the same account and the same shipping mode. At the same time, please carefully select the parcels combine service. Under normal circumstances, the parcels combine cannot be cancelled after the selection of the parcels combine service. The fycargo combine shippment  time limit is about 1-5 working days.  

3. What is the inspection service for checking the quantity of goods? How to charge?

Answer: that is to count the quantity of goods for you and the inspection service. According to your needs, when the total quantity of goods in a single order exceeds 6 pieces, it is suggested to choose the counting service. You can choose the counting service in the forecast, and the counting service will charge RMB15 / order.

5. How to charge for reinforcement? How to reinforce?

A: the reinforcement fee is charged by each order, and the charging standard is RMB20 / order. It provides additional packaging for valuables and fragile items. When the outer case is not conducive to international transportation, we will replace our high-quality outer case (such as milk powder). The reinforcement method: bubble film, bubble particle, newspaper (excluding the amount plus carton service).

6. How much is the photo? How to operate?

A: the price of photo service is ￥ 5 / photo, and you can apply for taking 5 photos at most for each photo. Users who need to use the service can forecast package information on the official website. When choosing value-added service, please check "photo" service. At present, only single ticket packages are supported for transshipment, and the package in a box is selected. This service is not available.

7. How to calculate the weight of the closed box? Can you reduce weight by closing the box?

Answer: the combined weight is the total weight of all the combined goods. Generally, it will reduce the redundant package weight compared with that when the box is not closed.
