1. What is combined transportation?

2. What is single transshipment?


A: single transshipment means that when your goods are confirmed to arrive at our warehouse, you do not need to combine with other goods, and directly confirm the address of the consignee and the mode of transportation to send them abroad;


Note: after receiving the goods, the parcel warehouse of single ticket transfer will directly enter the warehouse to weigh the weight according to your transfer information, and print the international logistics waybill. Prepaid packages need to be prepaid before shipment. Packages that have arrived at the warehouse do not support the change of transportation mode and payment mode; currently, online order only supports piecemeal service. More than 20 kg packages do not support cod service. Please contact customer service if you need more!!!


3. What's the difference between combined transshipment and single transshipment?


A: combined box transfer is when you have multiple packages that want to be sent to the destination recipient together; single transfer is when you want to transfer this batch of goods directly to the destination recipient without waiting for other goods.


4. What is the package to be unconfirmed?


Answer: the unconfirmed package means that when our warehouse receives your package and finds that you have not placed an order online, it will directly send your package to our warehouse through your unique transfer address (ID). 6. How to change the shipping modle after warehousing?

7. How to make a new order and fill information?


Answer: the order information must be filled in truthfully. Please carefully check whether the quantity, unit price and name are filled in correctly and completely. Do not leave the warehouse or be detained by the customs due to the discrepancy of the declaration information.


8. What contraband goods?
